Monica, The Creator...
Fell in love with cooking early in life. I remember shadowing the elders in the kitchen, obtaining a firsthand glimpse of food preparation which seemed tedious yet fun and exciting. Basic training included how to clean the meat, and the #1 rule (besides sanitation) was "DO NOT OVER OR UNDER SEASON ANYTHING!" I became the Sous Chef until my grandmother allowed me to make my first dish with her oversight; spaghetti with meat sauce. The family gave me the "thumbs up" that my spaghetti was delicious and their approval gave me the confidence I needed to keep cooking. To everyone reading this, my goal is to share my love of cooking mouthwatering dishes for you to enjoy, with every bite.
